Executive MBA

The New England College Executive MBA program is designed to further students’ knowledge of key leadership elements, including problem-solving, effective communication, motivation of employees, and negotiation. Through NEC’s Executive MBA program, students propel their careers by developing advanced strategic leadership techniques, sound business practices, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics in management for emerging global professionals. Curricular Practical Training (CPT) will be available for required internships/work placement for international students enrolled in these programs who qualify.

About The Programme

Hybrid Delivery
NEC’s hybrid Executive MBA program requires students to attend all residencies to continue enrolment. Learn more about executive residencies.

Attendance Policy
In-person attendance on campus in New Hampshire is mandatory for the weekend residency sessions. These sessions are an exciting and valuable component of the curriculum and provide extensive networking opportunities.

Additional Information
A virtual orientation session to cover immigration issues, academics, login processes, and billing and payments and to provide an opportunity to meet the faculty and staff of NEC will take place a week before the term starts. Admitted students will receive the link to access the orientation session.

An internship for one credit is a required component of this program, regardless of your citizenship status or visa status. Internship is an integral part of the executive program.
